Conexiones Squared is a bilingual educationally focused consulting business located in Frankfort, Indiana.  Conexiones is the Spanish word for connections.  Dr. McNelly Valladares is a connector of people, resources, and information.  The word Squared honors the name given to me and my colleague, Carla A. Dawson, by the Whyld Girls, in Des Moines, Iowa.  Known as Carla Squared, this name keeps me grounded in service within my local community.

The mission of Conexiones Squared is to connect school districts, businesses, and local government agencies to solutions of complex communication issues of language and culture using holistic approaches. Dr. McNelly Valladares, a bilingual educator, with over 25 years of administrative and educational experiences, offers consulting for bilingual education programs, professional development trainings, climate assessments, and conflict resolution for schools, businesses, and governmental agencies in local community contexts.   This consulting business is expected to grow as the need for bilingual educators grows in the State of Indiana.
